I was looking at amazon.ca and found nhl 10 for 30.00!
Is Nhl 10 really worth double the price? Advice?

NHL 10 is pretty much the same as NHL 09 in terms of controls. EA has amped up the game to include improved presentation, atmosphere and animations, especially the goalie animations. Also, playing the puck in the corners adds a new strategy that did not exist in NHL 09.

Either way you choose, you win however if you want an improved experience NHL 10 is the way to go....

I don't know how, but I misread the title and thought he was asking about NHL 2K10 vs NHL 10. Wow. I blame being at work and having this question on my mind.

$30 is not a good deal for NHL09.

You can get it for under $20 on EBAY.

Skip 09 and pick up 10. The board play alone and the fantastic way it plays a game of hockey just seems so much better than 09 did.
