Superstar Mode: Progression

Anyone know how rating progression works in superstar mode? I'm about half way through my first season and havent had any ratings increases in the preseason or regular season.

My stats are decent, so how do I improve ratings?

I'm assuming it goes every offseason like franchise.

yea ea should either improve the mode or just get rid of it and focus on Franchise.

ok, its been a while since I played a madden franchise. I thought players progressed after every preseason game and every 4 weeks of the regular season

It went that way on the PS2 games. It's a little different with the PS3 games, though.
