Does it even work this year? Is that part of the flats issue?

I use show blitz instead, it seems to work a little better to me. I wouldn't say they're switched, but it might be close.

Yeah, I try this too. It's just annoying watching a LB try to run across the field to try and cover the HB out of the backfield.
