Need sliders suggestion for making my offensive line better but still tough gameplay

So I keep reading all about these sliders and thought someone could help me understand them more. I usually just play on all pro and usually win most of my games by about 20pts or so which just isn't fun anymore. And even though I usually win I tend to give up almost 10 sacks a game and sometimes even more. I'm using the Denver Broncos which has one of the best offensive lines in football. Last year they only gave up 12 sacks all year so for them to give up 10 in a game is just too unrealistic. I don't want to go ahead and up the ratings of all my offensive lineman but I would like to be able to make them play better.
