All I get is the options before the game starts. If anyone can tell me how to access the specific sliders with numbers ?

Can someone delete the other two threads ? My computer messed up.

Um...Hit start and go to settings. Then, select Player Skill or CPU Skill. Or if you go to settings in the main menu it is the same layout....O and you have to hit a(on Xbox) to open up the player skill sliders.
