I will be running with Niners in my 1st franchise ever on Madden(nfl2k fan).I was wonder who you going to put at QB. I try to keep things real so i won't go out and sign anyone. Right now I'm Leaning with Hill.

I picked Hill for my 49ers franchise. Hill is a very good short to medium range passer, just don't ever pass deep with the guy! Smith is a much wilder passer but he's better at moving out of the pocket and passing the deep ball. Just pick the player that suites your style. Be prepared though during every drive with Hill the commentary will continously talk about how much Hill sucks and they are amazed he's making completed passes to keep a drive going.

I use Hill.. VD in the flat.. thats all u need VD is a freaking BEAST in this game

Personally I like Alex Smith better than Shaun Hill. I try to get Hill a chance since he is a Terp but I like Alex Smith release and mobility when things break down

I have a bias against Smith too, the money he demanded and got for being the first pick in the draft and ended up being such a awful bust. 49ers still haven't recovered from that horrible draft pick. I refuse to play as him.

Smith isn't as bad as everyone makes out he is/was.

Remember that the team has improved since Smith was QB before.

Hill seems to be more accurate...

I want Smith to be good but like in real life he disappoints...

He's very injury prone, and he's only decent at best... I remember ripping my hair out when the 49ers decided to pick him. Then he demanded to be the highest payed draft pick ever and the 49ers gave him the money.... Got my blood bowling now gonna release him on my franchise now lol.
