Retractable Roofs in Franchise?

Anyone seen the roofs OPEN at the Cowboys or Cards stadiums? I haven't yet, I wonder if the wether had to be cooler? I am still in week two and it's fing hot.

I noticed there's no option to have them open or closed.

There is an option to pick the Cowboys roof opened or closed. I think it's under the weather choices when you're about to start a game. Or somewhere around there. It's when you pick the uniforms and stuff.

Saw that in play now but not in franchise. Where is it in franchise?

I was about to start a Franchise to randomly sim through to look at some things and saw this thread and started with the Cowboys. First pre season game at home, the weather is hot and the roof is open. Maybe it has to be above a certain temperature?
