I use the defensive ends do the special moves but do not pull the sprint trigger until after the animation is over then go straight b line to the quarter back i get like 5 sacks a game on average with the four man rush.

Not really, because it doesnt seem to work the same as 3-4 OLBs (and I play as the Steelers).

well i did say four man rush... meaning 4-3 4-4

havent cracked the code for the 3-4 yet

i get sacks with 3-4 olb , its harder then the DE but its do able. I get most of them when i have the formation with the 2 DT and the 2 OLB , because the LBS act like d-linemen. I find that its easier to get sacks from the left side then the right.

Definitely does work, I've been doing this all along.

4 man rushers against shotgun passes. 20 sacks in a season with Mathis.

I rush four and do the same with my Texans franchise. Had 6 sacks as a team - 4 by Mario Williams in the first game against the Jets.
