This is the only REAL downfall for me.
I love the game.
But after 10+ years I start getting bored with the same team
then have to start over which stinks.

I want the ability to be fired or change teams.

Is there anyway possible we can get this patched in.
At least CHANGE teams during Franchise.

This is possible on the PS2 version so WHY NOT 360 and PS3?

i agree! it would be a really neat, and welcomed (re) addition to madden

you build up one team, then try to take over a team in the poop hole

I'll co-sign on this... I want to be able to control all the teams at first so I can adjust coaching tendencies and such to make them more realistic (split carries, run/pass ratio) and then switch after the season like on PS2/XBox.

Oh definitely, I didn't realize we couldn't do that even. That sucks! For the PS2 version, I used to always build up my team (the Packers) and turn them into a dynasty, then I'd take over a crappy team like usually the Lions and try to build them up and it'd always be fun to play against the team I built up then. That stinks we can't do that anymore. Why would they not include that?

Exactly the reason why I want it. Of course, if the sim engine didn't suck then it would be a moot point.
