NFL should be BEST of BEST not Best of AFC and NFC

Why dont we just label all the teams 1-32 and make a even schedule, when it comes down to playoffs, label them 1-16. Have the bracket the same way where the best 2 teams get a bye week, and the top teams play the bottom of the pool. There is no reason besides stuborn tradition to spilt the teams into AFC, NFC. If we really want to see the best play the best, we need to get rid of AFC, NFC... You can keep tradition and be ignorant, or you can do what any founders would have wanted, A BETTER LEAGUE! BEST OF THE BEST!!

Do you play Madden jerk? Ok your obviously one of the ignorant ones. Im posting a great idea on a very big sports forum, Madden is a NFL simulation... So when I play Madden, I am stuck playing AFC, NFC Superbowl... I just thought people who play an NFL simulation would know something about football and be able to relate.
