Josh Beckett v.s Felix Hernandez should be an awesome matchup right? well you were right not to mention Beckett threw a one-hitter..THE MOST DISSAPOINTING ONE HITTER EVER!
in the 2nd inning Chris Woodward steps to the plate and hits an opp. field line drive the only hit of the game for the Mariners. figures it had to be the lifetime .250 ham n egger

Just thought this was a really happy moment (1st one hitter i ever pitched..even though ive pitched a perfect game and no hitter) but dissapointing at the same time

i might have had a more disappointing one hitter!

after a fantasy draft it is me, the angels with Edinson Volquez pitching, vs the oakland athletics who whomped me 10-3 the previous time. So i'm pitching really well, and this team has abreu, kinsler, and price fielder. My defense is playing outstanding and everything is going well. Bottom 9 comes around im up by three or so runs, still with Edinson in the game. I get the first guy out no problem. Then Michael Barret steps up to the plate, and after an 0-2 count he hits a ball just barely out of reach of Mike Cameron! And what sucks is the next batter the number 9 guy in the lineup rolls into a double play.

A 1 hitter is the most frustrating thing ever in a baseball game. It's more frustrating that losing on a walk off homerun. I have lost a few no hitters in the 7th, 8th, and 9th.
