Pick the amount of cars based on the place you are picking, if you pick 2nd pick 2 cars, 5th 5 cars, and so on.

Place the driver who you want the most at the top, 2nd most 2nd, and so on until you fill the list based on how many you need.

As I gather the list I will mark off cars from your list that have been taken. I will then take the driver who is highest on your list, that is left.

Please send me a PM with your picks. We are all members here at OS, and it's much easier to deal with it all in one place.

Another week....and I apply another "kiss of death" to a driver. I have sent my apologies to the Harvick, Hamlin, Busch, family already.

Hmm...who shall we destroy this week????


Lets pick Jeff Gordon, and watch his back just break in half this week.

Hah...good point MGB, I was thinking about picking JR., but he seems to be his own kiss of death.

I feel really bad for Hamlin though, I picked him twice this year

1. Didn't make it 1 lap around the Poc's
2. Stickshift came off in his hand( you can't make this stuff up)

If I knew this year was going to like this, I would have kept a log of the odd ways in which my driver/weekly pick have had awful weekends.

Lately, I have been giving the kiss of death, as well.

At Dover, I picked Denny Hamlin. Unfortuantely, he crashed his car 1/4th through the race and wound up with a DNF in 36th place.

At the first Pocono race, I picked Brian Vickers, who did very well at Pocono last year. Not so much for this one as he finished a disappointing 21st.

At Michigan, I picked Matt Kenseth. He ended up doing poorly as he finished 20th.

At Infineon, I picked Boris Said. Unfortunately, he forgot that he was a road-course-ringer and turned up 24th.

I picked Denny Hamlin at New Hampshire and turned up a 15th place finish, which was not too disappointing, but certainly was not a success.

At Daytona, I picked Clint Bowyer, who has s surprisingly high average finish at Daytona. However, he was involved in the Big One and his car was damaged. He was able to finish the race, but he was not competitive at all as he finish 29th and one lap down.

I picked Matt Kenseth at Chicagoland as he is usually one of the best at the track. That was not so that week as he fell a lap down early and settled for a 23rd place finish.

I picked Kyle Busch at Indianapolis and I expected him to do well. Not so much, he had some sort of a mechanical issue and slammed his car into the outer wall and finished 38th.

Last week, I picked Jeff Gordon. He ran well all day, but got screwed towards the end based off pit strategy. He ended 8th, but he had a top five car, IMO.

This week, I picked Boris Said. Said raced well all day and had a top seven or eight car, but his car started overheating, which dropped him towards the back of the lead lap. He mad his way back up towards the top 15 before his car completely overheated with 20 laps or so to go and I was left with another horrible finish in 34th place.

All-in-all, over the last 10 races, I have an average finish of 24.8. During that span, I have zero top fives, one top 10, two top 15s, and three top 20s. I have four finishes 29th or worse and three finishes 34th or worse (34th, 36th, 38th).

This has absolutely ruined my Chase chances. I was in sixth place before everything started to go downhill at Dover. I was 54 points behind first-place Chaos and was 77 points ahead of 9th-place jct32. Now, I'm 468 points behind first-place mgoblue and am 235 points out of the chase in 13th place.

What a terrible stretch. This is epically horrible. I feel like I'm Dale Jr. with all these terrible finishes, LOL!
