Question MLB perfect game or no hitter

Have you ever thrown for a perfect game or no hitter in MLB the Show without cheating? If not how close were you to throwing for a perfect game or no hitter?

Re: MLB perfect game or no hitter

The closest I got was 7 and 1/3 innings of perfect baseball. Then I gave up three hits in a row.

No hitter with Mark Buehlre against the New York Mets
In the 8th inning i threw a curveball to alex cora and he swung and the ball went to the backstop so he got on safetly. so that blew my perfect game. LoL

I threw a one hitter with Johnny Cueto in my second franchise season against the D-Backs.

Re: MLB perfect game or no hitter

The closest I got was with Joe Blanton a couple months ago. I had a no hitter going into the 9th inning. I had 1 error by the SS back in the 5th inning so the perfect game was out but the no hitter was still on. I put down the 1st 2 batters one on a strikeout and the other on a pop up. On the 3rd batter I had him down 0-2 in the count and decided to try to end the game by driving a fastball down the pipe. He ended up hitting a double on a grounder down the 3rd base line. I haven't sniff a no hitter since lol

I threw one perfect game. I don't remember the guy's name (drafted pitcher, and I don't currently have a copy of the game). He was my 5th starter, but had a sick curve.

The perfect game nearly got broken up late in the game when they tried bunting for a hit. The game wasn't even close at that point...

wish i could pitch a perfect inning. this game is hard! for me anyway. i like to play on h.o.f. now because i like how the hitting feels at that level. i struggle pitching, but on veteran i took a perfect game into the 9th with sabathia. walked the first batter, gave up single/single/homerun! lost 4-3 my fault for not warming up a reliever sooner. oh well, life goes on.

Re: MLB perfect game or no hitter

I was one out away from a team no-hitter when Trevor Hoffman gave up a two-strike double. It was pretty agonizing but I guess not as bad as if I'd had one guy go all the way through.

The only no-hitter I've ever thrown in any baseball game was with Ben Sheets against the Cardinals in either MVP '05 or The Show '06....I don't really remember. And it may have been a perfect game but I can't recall.
