I was thinking the same thing. Kind of like the did with Heatly 2005(?)

Makes me wonder if the cabby was pissed about the tip and new who he was.....I'm sure there is more to this story but still..floating this guy a 2- would have solved all the problems....here's 20 keep the change! I mean wow...this guys must have been real drunk.
