Quarter Length/Acc. Time Run off

To those who have madden and already started your offline franchises, did you find a good quarter length and acc clock run off to use to get the most realistic stats. Thank you

Re: Quarter Length/Acc. Time Run off

well I don't have the game but on paper, I've found that with my play style it will probably be good with about 15 min qtrs with a 15 second run-off acc. clock. That gives me around 110-130 plays per game. (that may vary depending on if you are trying to make a comeback, hold a lead, etc.) However, I don't know your style of play. I usually run about 55% of the time and pass around 45% of the time but seeing that you want realistic stats, I'm assuming that you also mix up the pass and run.

so to make a long story short, it seems that 15 min qtrs with 15 second run-offaccelerated clock should work well.

PS: But if you're an air-it-out type player, a 20 second run-off will probably be better.

15 minn qtrs, with either 20 or 25 acel clock. The best accurate stats to find.

I prefer 20 acel so I have time if I want to send a guy in motion. With 25 u get to the line at like 9 seconds on the play clock. With 20 you get like 14.

Re: Quarter Length/Acc. Time Run off

I play 15 sec run off, with 8 min quarters, QBS end up with about 20+ passes, and about 28+ comb runs with my two backs, If thats what your are looking for ...

Re: Quarter Length/Acc. Time Run off

Maybe a stupid question but can someone explain how this works. I assume I play 15 min quarters and then i pick a number for time run off? Hopefully my question makes sense.

Re: Quarter Length/Acc. Time Run off

How long does a game typically take if you use 15 minute qtrs with 15 or 20 second runoff?

I'm looking to find a qtr length that will enable me to play in about one hour.
