Ok so i'm on 1st base attempting to steal, i follow the controls press L stick forward, i tried all different variations and my guy wont move. I press R1 to extend lead, the base runner doesn't move at all.

Hey,I had this "problem" too earlier today. It usually means there is someone the next base. Just use your camera to look at the next base and see if there is someone down there.
