Is the Gamestop demo worth $5?

I'm assuming it's just a non-refundable $5 deposit towards the cost of Madden 10? I don't think I'd be buying the game from Gamestop since I'm pretty sure I can find the game on the weekend before the launch date so it'd be like paying $5 for the demo only.

you can get your money back after you put down the $5. Go back the next day or even later that day a cancel it and you get the demo for free. Thats if they have any codes left which i doubt.

yeah... deposits at Gamestop are refundable...or you can just move it to another game

why people act like its cost money for the demo all u do is pre order u can cancel it the demo is free u just preorder and u can change ur mind if u dont want madden 10 and put it on another game or w/e but the demo dont cost 5 bucks there plenty of thread of this out there

Ya I preordered online, because it won't charge your account AT ALL until the game ships... after I downloaded the demo I cancelled my pre-order... since I will be getting the game at midnight at Gamecrazy...
