Post Re: Going To Start Up New Owner Mode Soon:

It took me from 6:00 to 11:25 to completely overhaul all my farm teams and my MLB team completely, and i am now finnaly done!. Was well worth it though guys! For my Single A and Double AA teams nobody is making more than 100,000 a year. I mean literally nobody is making more than 100,000 per year. However, I didn't sacrifice the skill level and the rank of my A team compared to other A teams. My A Team stands at a respectable 8th spot, and my AA team stands at 14th, respectively. Also, Nobody on my A or AA team is unhappy about contracts, so both Team Chemistries are at about 80%! Here are each of the four categories for my A and AA, and how I rank in each:

A Mets:
Pitching - 27th
Hitting - 5th
Fielding - 1st
Baserunning - 1st

AA Mets:
Pitching - 26th
Hitting - 11th
Fielding - 3rd
Baserunning - 3rd

*Obviously Pitching rank for both clubs are not that great. I am content with the hitting for both, and very pleased with fielding and baserunning for both! I am 100% done with making my rosters for both the A and AA teams. Batting orders and pithcing rotations have been completed for both. Hopefully pitching will hold.

**I will Post AAA and MLB current rankings in a later update.

***Guys happy reading, and please feel free to comment or if you have advice or if you want to share stories of your owner mode!

~See you then! - Andrew

Hey Hitstreak:
Good to hear from you man! Thanks btw you are too kind! I am anxious to read more about your own season as well! Btw, do you have a name or u want me to refer to you as Hitstreak?

As for my AAA and MLB team, there are numerous players making more than 100,000 a year. My AAA average per year is 500,000. My MLB average per year is 1.00 M per year. However, these averages do not effect me at all finacially, due to my total overhaul of my A and AA players and their contracts. Once Again, I traded all my players on my AAA team and my MLB team for young, cheaper talent. I did not sacrifice skill level or team chemistry for my AAA team. Team chemistry is at about 75 %. However, while my MLB Mets do indeed have a solid young core, beacuse of their young age and unproven abilities my MLB team is ranked 30th overall. My AAA team is ranked at a respectable 9th. Here is how i stand in each four categories for both my AAA team and my MLB team:

AAA

Pitching - 26th
Batting - 5th
Fielding - 1st
Baserunning - 1st

MLB

Pitching - 30th
Batting - 30th
Fielding - 16th
Baserunning - 21st

*I am pleased once again with the fielding and baserunning of my AAA team, and am very content with batting. Once again though like my A and AA teams Pitching is not to great! My MLB team is another story though! . Pitching and Batting are at the worst spot, 30th. I am content with fielding and baserunning. I do believe my Batting rank is underated though, I believe it should be lower 20's. We will see how pitching holds.

**Here is a quick stat of the average age of of each of my 4 teams:

A - 22
AA - 21
AAA - 23
MLB - 22

***Like I said earlier, very young core for all teams! Hitstreak and future readers I will post updates such as batting orders and pitching rotations soon. After that, I will get my season underway!

Hey Hitstreak:
What level of difficulty do you play on?

Hey all, before I give you guys my starting
lineup(s) I thought I should mention a few things:

1. I will not be simming any of my MLB games. I am one who likes to gain the stats with the computer! However, I will be simming most of my A, AA, AAA games.
2. My Stadium I named Prospect Field, wihich I built in the city, with a symetrical fence, green grass, and dirt - just to give you guys a general idea of what my stadium looks like.
3. I will try to give you guys the most in - depth postgame stats.
4. Every 20 MLB Games I will give you guys the most in depth player stats for my team. This would include team leaders in certain categories, individual stats such as AVG., RBI's, Runs, Hits ETC. you guys get the picture. Same with pitchers - ERA., W - L, K's ETC. . Next Update will be Lineups!

Post Re: Going To Start Up New Owner Mode Soon:

Hey Hitstreak & Readers:
My Season opener... I won! At the Reds I won 4 - 1! Back to back HR's in the top of the 4th by cleanup hitting Barnes and Kram powered the Mets to an early 2 - 0 lead! Darryl Buhler only pitched 2.0 innings beacuse his stamina is a huge issue. However, he got all the outs himself by striking out 6 in 2.0 innings pitched. The 3rd to 6th inning was pitched by MRP Chris Ponson, who pitched 4.0 quality innings while giving up no runs on 4 hits and striking out six, who also picked up the win. The Reds offense was non - existant until the 7th, when LRP Pat Lidge gave up the only run, a HR to Sean Casey, who just got it over the left field fence. SU man Jason Ginter came into the 8th and sat down the side in order, recording 1 K. Top 9th, with a 2 - 1 lead, 1B Andy Bako gave more breathing room by hitting a 2 run - HR, to make it a 4 - 1 ballgame.
Bottom ninth, with a comfortable 4 - 1 lead, my closer Vincent Durazo came in and sat down the side in order picking up the save.

W: Ponson (1 - 0)
S: Durazo (1)

*All in all, a positive way to start the season, pitching was a wonderful surprise, other than Buhler's stamina issue, and bats were just existant enough to pick up the win!

Final Score:

NYM - 4
CIN - 1

**To fill you guys in on my finacial side of things, I have 1.1 million in the bank and more money is flowing into the bank every day, even at away games! Game 2 of the series update soon!

Post Re: Going To Start Up New Owner Mode Soon:

Hello there Adrian & Readers:
Game 2 of the series did not go nearly as smooth as the first, however and late rally capped a seond consecutive win over the Reds! I had Randy Auschrat on the hill for me, who had a tough outing. Top 1 was good for me, as SS Matt Derksen worked a walk off Eric Milton, which was immediately followed by a bomb by Duaner Casey into the right field seats! Going into the bot. 1st, Randy allowed back to back doubles giving the Reds a run. After the doubles he settled and ended the inning be retiring three straight. bot. 2nd, HR's by Casey and Griffey Jr. gave the Reds the lead 3 - 1. In the bot. 4th, a HR was hit by Jimenez, making it a 4 - 2 game. Finnaly, I scored a run in the top 5th with a few singles. In the bot. 5th, another HR was hit by Griffey Jr, making it 5 - 2. A rare 1 - 2 - 3 6th inning would be Auschrat's last inning. He ended his night allowing 12 hits, 5 ER, 2 K's, a 7.50 ERA., and a .414 AVG allowed to the Reds. Top 7th Derksen singled, which was followed by a walk by Casey. Next up, CF Steve Brassard hit a three run HR to tie the game at 5 a piece! Bot. 7th was pitched by LRP Erik Phillips, who sat down the side in order. The Amazins' scored again in the top 8th of a triple by 3B Brett Mercker! Bot. 8th was pitched by SU Jason Ginter who allowed only 1 hit, no runs. Top 9th 2B Duaner Casey singled in SS Matt Derksen to make it a 8 - 5 comeback lead! Closer Vincent Durazo came in and allowed 1 hit, no runs picking up his second save in 2 tries! Somehow, Randy Auschrat ended up getting the win, along with Durazo, the save.

W: Auschrat (1 - 0)
S: Durazo (2)

*Poor outing by SP Auschrat was luckilly backed up by fine performances from the offense with HR contributions from Brassard and Casey. However, late rally allows Mets to obtain victory.

Final Score:

NYM - 8
CIN - 5

**INJURY REPORT: Power Slugging Brad Barnes was injured in today's game going sliding into a base headfirst, fracturing his index finger. He will be out for 19 days, and I have placed him on the 15 - Day DL.
Not good at all guys! This guy has the best power on the team and is a HR hitter! Thankfully it's only 2 1/2 weeks! I recalled AAA RF Tony Blair to take his spot while he is on the DL! Next update for the series ending game to come tommorow.
Please feel free to comment on anything from today's game, any questions or comments will be appreciated greatly!

***Hey Adrian what you think so far about my owner mode? I hope I am in depth enough for the readers & you. Also, how's your updates/games going on yours?
