"The Extra Point" update?????

I remember at some point hearing in a video, maybe an e3 video, that EA would bring out a patch at some point to have actual video highlights in "The Extra Point" show after or between games in the Franchise menu(LIKE NFL 2K5).

Can anyone confirm this???? I know I heard it somewhere, honestly i think "the Extra Point" show would be FREAKIN SWEET with video highlights!!!!

(I do not mean the Halftime or Post game Highlights, i mean the show in which you access at the franchise menu.)

I think Ian was talking about doing something like that. But it most likly will not happen. They will add the video part into madden 11.

Im almost 100% sure you will see video highlights in Madden 11 for the extra point, the thing is they will have to be pre canned plays just like NFL2k5, some people want this some don't. It's not that they just chose not to do it man.

Some of you guys really need to realize what all they had on their plate this year which is why not everything could get done or finished perfectly.

Such a turn around in a year with not to mention all the time spent on online franchise and a game speed slider which basically kept breaking the game, I mean you don't have a lot of time for other things, its actually quite incredible they still got everything in that they did even though their hands were entirely full.
