What pitchers are very good in real life, or in the game... but you just can't do it with them?

For me it's Halladay... I have a horrible first inning, and then an average game after that. Nothing like you'd expect from one of the best pitchers in baseball. Not to mention how I have to take him out after the 5th inning. I ALWAYS have deep counts. For some reason the only way I get people out is by strikeout. No one ever grounds or fly's out.

I usually take him out at the end of the fifth and put in Branden League and then the show begins.

matt cain.... i cant do anything with him... and as for halladay, hes easier to pitch with if you showcase the cutter more (using knights roster update) and then use the sinker as his main out pitch

I'll stick to starting pitchers as there's been discussion already about struggles with closers.

I struggled with King Felix. Had him for a half season, and while I didn't totally stink it up with him, he was definitely a disappointment relative to the rest of my starting rotation.

I have some problems with Carpenter. I've had several games where I gave up 5 runs in an inning with him. I can't seem to get the 3rd out with him sometimes. I usually have to take him out after 6 too, as I have much higher pitch counts with him. 101 pitches through 6 last night, even though he only gave up 1 run, on 3 straight hits with 2 outs.

It has to be Tim Lincecum for me, no matter what I just cannot get a good outing playing as him.

That's funny about Zambrano because I have the same issues. He has great ratings, but when I use him in game, he's terrible. And far as batters (which I know this is just pitchers), but Derek Lee seems to strike out all the time in my game as well. I don't think he got a hit in 4 of my games!
