Playaction Takeover!?

Just posting a question, me and a buddy have been irritated as hell during a playaction pass when they blitz the house and in real life a smart qb just hands the ball to the RB.......can you do this on the game.
SO TO SIMPLIFY:
Can the QB hand the ball to the RB during play-action, instead of attempting a fail pass play.

pretty sure u hold down A (360) or X(ps3) at least thats how it is when u run a playaction out of the shotgun, or when u give it to the fullback on the triple option

Wait, so your telling me you can hand off on play action ...Has this been tested?

im pretty sure u can... i havnt done it yet in 10 but i have done it in years past. who knows EA probably jacked that out of the game as well

I don't know about all playactions, but most QB choice/wrap type play actions you can.

You push "A" to hike the ball.
The back goes to the QB. If you continue to hold "A", the back will take the handoff and run.
If you don't hold "A", the back won't take the handoff (just like in any other QB choice/wrap) and you can then pass the ball.

I'm not sure how it works for play action when the QB is under center.

No. You can only do it on most shotgun PA passes and triple options. You cannot do it on a PA pass under center.
