Who Has the Best Job in Sports?

I got this idea from the Scott Van Pelt show a few days ago. They were asking baseball players who they would switch places with within the game.

I want to broaden the question to all of sports. Who do you think has the best gig? And why?

It could be a sportscaster, personality, athlete, coach, trainer, etc.

I've been thinking about this and I can't come up with my answer yet. Anyways.... Go!

Steve Francis would have been my obvious choice the last 2-3 years, but since he's no longer receiving payments, it has to be Erin Andrew's pants

One of the guys who handles the Stanley Cup... a "Cup Keeper."

You get to travel all around the world where the players take the Cup and get to go to crazy places and eat all different kinds of food. And I'm sure you get to experience some wacky stuff too.

Stretcher Bearers. We(yea i said we) get into all LSU games for free, and sit in the student section. great seats. oh and free concessions. all at the cost of arriving in the stadium 3 hours early.

Or you can be a student, get free tickets, get free food at tailgates and you can show up to the stadium any time you want lol. That is a pretty nice job though if you're not a student yet.

I'd say Jamaal Tinsley has a pretty nice job. Allan Houston was raking in dough while injured, and I think Alonzo Mourning was getting paid by three teams at once a few years back.

Right now, I'd have to go with Ben Wallace. Just got paid $10 million NOT to play. I could easily enjoy retirement with that kind of cash.
