No European Version of Madden 10!!!

Some internet magazines recently said, that there will be no european version of Madden 10. Also Amazon(.de) took Madden out of its sortiment. You can only buy the Importet version, but than again it's not known if this version will be Code free (if not no 10 on Xbox for Pal users...)
It would also be the first code free Madden.

Edit.: Just taking that back Madden 09 was the first region free release.

I am not sure where you are getting this information from but Madden has been released every year over here since like 1992 and will certainly continue to do so this year.
Check amazon.co.uk or game.co.uk as they are listed there.

There is a european release it comes out the Friday of the U.S release week. All PS3 games are region free, Madden NFL 07 was the first of the series to be released on PS3.

Yes, as far as i am aware, the only prob you might have if you are on the 360 is getting the updated rosters as i think they are region specific

I was at GAME in the UK last weekend and they had both the 360 and PS3 boxes on the shelves ready for pre-ordering. That said I've had my pre-order for the US PS3 version in for over a month!

But to clear it up it is on the shelves.

Considering the NFL's push to become global I would highly doubt that they would not release a game in Europe this year.

As far as i know it's the first time there is no real european release. All we will be able to buy are imported versions from USA. If those are region free it is not a problem.
