Hi I plan on getting this today and was wondering how online was and also how franchise was??

If you liked 2k7 online, you will enjoy this also. Not perfect, but very little lag.

Franchise is a bit annoying, occasional freezing, player appearance bugs. It thought 2k7 and 2k8 franchise mode was better.

its pretty good as bulls23 said, I have also experienced a little lag but nothing game harming.

Just be prepared to not be able to play in an Online League. We started one a couple of weeks ago....we played 3 games in Rd 1, and then every time we tried to play, both opponents' Xbox's would freeze while it was loading the game. We started a new one and over the past 3 days, have not been able to play one single game. Playing a regular online game seems to be fine, but online leagues are completely broken.

Thats becuase they were doing the server moves across the country.

APF league sites are down atm, because they are being moved. They did it game by game.

It should be all up and running now. I am sure there may be a few kinks left to work out after a server move and the new servers are upgrades. Theya re now running on the Rockstar servers i heard.
