What is this? Create uniforms? Why would it be outside of create a team or edit team if it had something to do with those? Because it doesnt. Could this mean we can edit nfl uniforms?

I would guess that it's a way to save mix/matched uniform combinations.

Right now I would say it is just a place where you could mix and match uniforms.
