Re: Lindy's all decade coaches, players, and teams.

I'm not sure if I would put Tebow at QB.

Leinart played for three straight titles and won two as a starter. Tebow has won two titles but he shared time in Florida's Fiesta Bowl rout of Ohio State.

Also, Leinart's USC teams didn't lose a game for almost 3 years and won three BCS bowls. Tebow has won two BCS bowls and lost to Michigan in the Capital One bowl.

Leinart also is a better passer then Tebow imo.

Leinart
- TD pass - 99
- Interceptions - 23
- 65% completion percentage
- 37-2 as a starter

If I had Crabtree and Fitzgerald at WR I would want Matt Leinart throwing them passes over Tim Tebow.

I don't think you can make a guy all decade when his career isn't even over yet.

James Laurinaitis does not belong there at LB.

Neither does Rocky Calmus from OU. Calmus was a really good college linebacker but I don't even think he is OU's best linebacker of the past decade.

One of the USC guys should of been in there.

I'd take Mike Leach, Tommy Tuberville and Joe Paterno over Gary Patterson, Mike Riley, and Paul Johnson, personally.

Didn't Gary Patterson beat Mike leach last time they played? This was when leach had Harrell and Crabtree too.

I would take Patterson and Riley over Tuberville.

I'm not sure how Paul Johnson made it so high on the list.

Re: Lindy's all decade coaches, players, and teams.

I'd take Keith Rivers over Calmus or Laurinaitis... then again I went to high school with him, so I'm biased.

So many good RB's in this decade... Marion Barber and Kool-Aid Maroney, I had so much fun watching those two in college.

Also, Lawrence Timmons doesn't get enough love... he was an absolute freak at FSU, but didn't get as much exposure because the unit as a whole was so good.

Re: Lindy's all decade coaches, players, and teams.

James Laurinaitis shouldn't be on there as well as Tebow. Yeah he is a dual threat but Leinart, Young, and a few others could replace Tebow. Let him finish this last year before we judge him. Also, Ohio State might not of had a team of the decade but they definitely beat the team of the decade. And they are the only team to ever go 14-0. Yeah they weren't star-studded but they beat a team that was "supposed" to beat them by 20. No one gave them a chance and they shocked the world. At least make a 5a. and 5b. and put them on there.
