Okay, in the interest of generating fresh and informative dialogue about the players in this game, I want to make a team full of guys that other players on this board have never tried and want to learn about. The idea is to get some good scouting info and pub on players that don't often find their way into online games.

So, fire away and list some guys you want to know more about. I'll take 'em online so you don't have to tinker with your best teams, and pass on my findings.

Also, you can make suggestions about particular generic groupings as well.

Good stuff. I've got a thread on underused guys as well, but I wanted to put out a fresh feeler to see if there are players that have slipped by despite the game's age.

I'm thinking about putting together an exhaustive report on all the guys in the game just for a point of reference, but that might take some time.

Is there any bronze in particular?If not I can tell you from experience "my" fav 5 bronze backs.

1)Floyd Little: good kick returner,soft hands,quick feet,seems to break a good amount of tackles,

2)Mike Rozier: great back breaks a lot of tackles,can take it the distance on any play,gets better as gm goes on,has a vicious stiff arm,good hands.

3)Freeman Mcneil: quick feet,all round abilities,good hands just dont expect him to break too many tackles,he is more of a finesse back.

4)Greg Bell:almost as good as Rozier.same atts

5)Tony Nathan: he fits a WCO very well great hands,quick feet and runs good routes.

Overall I like Rozier the most,he fits my style the best.

I've never played AGAINST Tony Canadeo online. But I'll tell you what, he's a pretty good little back. My running skills are pretty average, but I bet someone with a higher ground aptitude could get a lot out of him. He's like Charley Trippi lite. He has pretty good speed though. Talk about hidden attributes.

Also, George McAfee, Silver SS. He's excellent at RB (played there IRL). I believe DJWlfpak used him in Far/Near and Pro Sets in ACQB3 as a 2nd RB, and he had good results. Broke a long TD run against me with him. He's an excellent choice if you like to have 2 RB's but you don't wanna waste a pick. He's the best 2-way player in the game.

At Bronze the only guy I can vouch for who doesn't get used too much is Yancy Thigpen, but even he will get drafted in a league. He runs great routes, almost has acrobatic catches, and hangs on to the ball well when he gets hit.

Mcafee is a very good SS,He has goos run coverage,tackles well and great coverage...His major weakness is his Lack of stamina...they dont call him "one-play" for nothin.

As with most games, speed kills. The fast HB at the bronze level is easily Dave Meggett, unfortunately the guy likes to fumble in key situations. If there is an anti-clutch attribute, Dave has that in Droves.

Here's my breakdown based on the guys I have used and like the most.

Freeman McNeil
Speed: 2nd Fasted Bronze
Movement: best cutter (horizontal movement) thanks to Cutback ability
Break/Shed Tackles: can shed tackles but will not run over anyone
Stamina: excellent stamina (can last a whole drive without being subbed out)
Hands: decent hands but not good in traffic or long passes
Routes: average route running, won't get open in bump when on the line

Dave Meggett
Speed: Easily the Fastest Bronze in the game
Movement: Good cutter, but will lose a little speed
Break/Shed Tackles: Goes down if anyone so much as looks at him cross ways
Stamina: Very low stamina, can not last a full drive
Hands: Decent hands, but will drop passes in key situations or traffic
Routes: Probably the 2nd or 3rd best HB route runner (behind Tony Nathan)

Tony Nathan
Speed: Around the 3rd or 4th fastest bronze in the game
Movement: Average cutter (will lose speed on cuts)
Break/Shed Tackles: Cannot break or shed tackles
Stamina: Average stamina (can almost last a full drive)
Hands: decent hands, average in traffic and on long passes
Routes: decent route running, will occasionally get open on bump man on his own when on the line
