Your TV Setup

I'm trying to look at what HDTV is best for the PS3. I'm looking at a 32" something and preferably under $600. What is your tv? and How does the Show look on it?

I have a 37" vizio I got for 799.00 when 07 came out. I actually bought the TV just to play the show '07 in high def and I was completely blown away. Now with '09, '07 doesn't even compare LOL. I'm sure you can pick up a vizio 32' for around 6 bills. In fact I found a link to ao good one.
here.

I play on my PC monitor. A 24" Dell S2409W, which does 1080P and has HDMI. Looks great with the show, although, you do need to run the audio to another source. got it for $249 on sale a couple months ago.

Also have a 46" 1080p sharp TV, but don't use that much with the ps3.

I have 50" Samsung true 1080p DLP.

Bought on sale for $900 at Best Buy last April.

Looks absolutely amazing on this TV.

Re: Your TV Setup

I play on a 52 inch RCAwith 1080i, but I get lots of jaggies. It doesn't look good at all. It's a projection tv, could that be why I get the jaggies? To get rid of all the jaggies I have to play on 480i.

Re: Your TV Setup

I have a 32" Envision tv. Looks awesome! HDMI as well. Eventhough 1080i i believe is the highest it can go, but still looks crisp!

Also the projection tv.. my friend (the one whom i bought the tv from for 200 i believe) has one and the graphics doesn't look as good for the games. LCD is the best choice if you want to play games on.

Re: Your TV Setup

Quick question...anyone who plays on 1080p, do you get the cutscenes in lo-res, almost blurry-like look? I have a SONY XBR6 32" and the game looks gorgeous except for the cutscenes...

Re: Your TV Setup

I play it on a 46" Samsung DLP. Looks amazing and sounds amazing through the Sony HT-CT 100 soundbar and subwoofer.
