Need help, bought NBA Live 09 and when I enter the code that came with the game it says code already in use. The game is brand new so I wouldn't think there would be a problem with the code. Doe anyone know who I can contact to get some help. Thank you

Did you download the All-Star DLC? How about the OKC Patch? If so, delete those two, then try to download NBA LIVE 365.

After that, you can re-download the OKC and All-Star content.
