Question
If Computer Control Roster is set to ON, does that mean the computer will not sign FA's, make trades, etc?

Correct.

Transactions for ALL teams (trades, FA, etc) are controlled by you.

Wouldn't that mean the opposite? If it's on, that would mean the computer is controlling the team and making moves right?
