Sorry dude, but if you want to hit homers every time, The Show is not your game. MLB 09 is a realistic baseball game. I don't even see the point in wanting to hit homers everytime, but whatever floats your boat man....

dont use the left stick to when batting. As in when the ball is coming don't move the left stick in the direction of the ball...

Use the power swing and wait for pitches right down the middle.

That's the only advice I can give you.

Why don't you just go by an arcade game though if all you want to do is hit homers?
