I don't understand how he has eligibility.

^^Eligibilty is exclusive to the sport and a college athlete has 5 years of eligibilty in total but only 4 years per sport. He used up 4 on basketball and has 1 left to use where he wants.

I saw this last night but thought it was some late April Fools joke. I guess we will see, if anything it gives another qb for this year which we could definitely use.
