um, how do you know who is on the 25 man roster or 40 man roster?? they are all together on a roster list, do you mean I have to individually check to see where they are? can you just sort them?

Go to the roster management screen, then scroll over further to the right.

You will see whether a player is on your MLB, AAA, or AA teams, and see a "Yes/No" for whether they are on your 40 man.
