I was wondering the same thing. I just tried to get on and it wouldn't let me. Maybe it's a sign the patch will be out today?

I had it happen in my second game in my online league last week. Back out of the game and go to the dashboard and all the way to the left. I think it's SYSTEM UPDATE and try that. It worked for me last week, but I haven't tried logging on since then as I only go online once a week.

Wait did you mean the XMB Update for the physical PS3 unit? Cause I have the latest 2.7 er yea.

Or is there an update option in 09 The Show's Menu cause I don't see one on the game itself.

I went to do a system update today and it said I already had the most recent update.
I can't log on to SC either.

last night i couldnt login and it said the server was down for maintenance. then about 5 mins later it let me on. they are probably working on the servers.

dont get all worked up thinking its a patch because you would be prompted to DL the patch before the game even loaded up

There are 0 connected players online according to the SportsConnect website. I'm guessing a patch will be dropped at some point today for the game. It's definitely not a Sony System Update issue.
