How do I complete my advancement goals in RTTS?

I'm a 1st year AA MRP with Mets, and I have no idea how to raise the reaction time and fielding ability?? Do I pour the points into training to raise these stats? If so, which one? Thanks.

You gain points in-game for accumulating certain stats, achieving goals, etc. When you get enough, you can upgrade your stats in the training section (40 points is the minium required to upgrade any stat).

The section breaks down what each training event effects, rating wise. So you can clearly see that weightlifting (for example) will effect power.

There is one that effects both fielding AND reaction time. Also the one that effects stamina effects reaction time too, I believe (wind sprints or something along those lines).
