You HAVE to be kidding me?!

Been playing spring training games (with Rays) to get the hang of it all. Barely hitting the ball.

Finally started regular season tonight. Shields pitching a gem. I take the lead in the eighth on a Pena HR (my third of the night - despite not hitting one in the spring), and as I go to watch the replay ... I'm now stuck in the replay mode. Can't exit. Can watch the replay no problem. Just can't exit. So now I'm going to have to quit the game.

This better not be a recurring problem. Color me unhappy.

Re: You HAVE to be kidding me?!

Are you sure you didn't try to record the replay? This has happened to me before and I struggled to get out of it but I eventually do.

If you try and record the replay you get locked in for some reason. You can get out of it with the press of a button, I just don't know which button that is.

Re: You HAVE to be kidding me?!

I think I've tried every/all button and/or button combinations. It won't record the replay either. I haven't bailed on it yet just in case anyone has any other suggestions. Thanks Braves Fan for helping.

Re: You HAVE to be kidding me?!

I would look at the manual and see how to get out of record a play mode. Maybe that is it.

Re: You HAVE to be kidding me?!

I'm playing right now so I went in and recorded the replay and when I was done I hit the L3 button.

Try that, if that doesn't work then I'm not sure what the problem would be.

Re: You HAVE to be kidding me?!

Just thumbed through manual with no luck. And when I hit L3 the words "record movie" in the top left corner and R3 "Depth of Field" in right corner get all pixelated. Funny thing is I recorded a couple of movies earlier with no problems. I think I'm effed. Thanks guys for trying though.

Re: You HAVE to be kidding me?!

Like the people above said, hit L3, and then hit circle. If that doesn't work, well then, yeah you're f'ed.

Re: You HAVE to be kidding me?!

it's happened to me before....it's a glitch, because I heard other people have the same problem.

It happens when you record a replay, you get an error message and then when you X out of it, you can't exit the replay no matter wht you do

You have no choice but to quit/restart the PS3
