What Trades have you made??

I am a stickler for realism. So I always have to find a fine line between realism and trading for a player I want.

I always need that one young/top prospect kind of guy on my team that I can root for. I play as the Chicago Cubs and they don't really have that. I am jealous of the Rays because I'd LOVE to have an Evan Longoria or BJ Upton. I would probably trade Soriano and Ramirez for Longoria haha. Anyways, my trade logic always is: When in doubt, always OVERPAY the cpu so you don't get the feeling you ripped them off.

Just curious, what trades have you guys made? OR maybe you don't make any and just mimic the moves your team makes in real life?

I ALWAYS love talking trades. Whether it's Madden, NBA2k9, or this game. So I hope this thread takes off.

i love trading...in football as well as basketball amd baseball...you would not believe my baseball lineup...linch,beckett,sheets,reyes,ramirez{ hanley },pujois, wright,bruce,davis,pedoria...its loaded...i just love trading..dont know if i would like the orginal as much...i have the 360 game...cant seem to stike out cpu much..what about you?

Lol I like trading, but keep it under control. I don't seem to have a lot of fun if my team is TOO stacked. What I usually try to do is trade for a young guy on my team that I can kinda root for and groom into an all star. I usually like to get good prospects to grow in my farm system too.

Winn + Ish...guy with the Japanese last name that doesn't appear to be Japanese...for Ryan Howard.

Trying to trade Zito before I start the rest of the franchise but I can't get anything at all for him it seems. Meant to find some pitching prospects I can maybe trade him for. Brought up the 75 rated guy in AAA who's name I've forgotten already. Closest to anything decent so far has been Arroyo.

Travis Ishikawa, probably their starting 1B this year. Pretty good player. I'd hang on to him.

i made this trade last night i am the rangers and the yanks put phil Hughes on the block so i trade for him i give the yanks jarrod saltilamoccia or however you spell it andrew jones and a 32 yr old jap pitcher for hughes and a AAA catcher
