when u sim your guy do you lost out on training points? or do those get generated for you while u are simming..

I tried this and lost out and many training points.

Speaking of RTTS, what does ENG mean (Its listed on your player screen under the overall meter, the same screen that shows your career earnings).

You lose out on many of the extra points you receive from the manager's directions.

ENG = Energy
