Re: PUTTIN MUSIC IN THE GAME

It actually is really simple.

All you need to do is have the music on your PS3 hard drive, and then go to "My MLB Music" under options when the game starts up. From there the game should automatically read all the music available on your hard drive, and allow you to move music from your hard drive to a custom playlist designed specifically for the game.

I was actually really happy to find that I was able to put over 90 songs on my custom playlist, especially since the music in the game this year is not my cup of tea. Last year I think the limit was 53 songs? Not sure the exact number, but it wasn't nearly as many as you can put on the playlist now.

As for batter walk up music and stuff, I would think from what I've seen that you access that by editing players. If you're creating a player or making a RTTS character, you should get the option to customize walk-up, home run celebration, ect. music to your liking.

Hope this helps.

Looks like the limit is 240, which is a bummer cuz now we have to pick and choose songs from Skyboxer's huge project. I had thought that it somehow linked the songs straight from the PS3's HDD so that there could be technically an unlimited amount and we could have one for every single player. Oh well.

argghhhh..there isn't a 240 limit if you do some work on you own if you want more. Please spend some time going through the Custom Music Pack thread and learn..it's not hard to do this guys.

I'm sorry, but some of us have obligations in life... it's not exactly easy to go through hundreds of pages of a thread to find out the answer.... I've looked through a number of threads and haven't found it. If you have easy access, why don't you be a good samaritan and just link the exact page here instead of telling me to go spend hours scrolling through hundreds of pages...

But how do you get music on to your ps3?? Once it's there I'm sure I can figure it out, but I'm having a problem understanding how to get it on my ps3

I can attest that when all of us were working on all the sounds etc we also had other obligations in life yet we found time (I fell asleep on a couple of occasions at the PC) to get what we could get for everyone and also post the How To's.
