Have not seen this asked. Sorry if it has but does the CPU ever have an active bullpen in 09? I know in 08 it did not. My team has an active bullpen in 09 but I am not seeing the CPU's yet in 09.

The reason they told me, because the CPU doesn't think ahead they think right now. Next year they are hoping to get it in, but I think that might be bad for game play, so I can live this.
