i need help!!!!!!!!

ok i got me the microsoft transfer cable for the 360 and i got xport. so when i plug everything in and start up xport it doesn't recognize my harddrive and i'm using windows xp. i can't seem to figure this out so any help would be much appreciated

I dunno if your xport has 2 usb plug ins,one for the HDD, and one for the memory card. So i would say make sure you have the right one plugged in. With mine i sometimes really have to press in my HDD to get it to work also. Other than that i would really have to say to keep messing with it to get it to work. It took my close to 15 mins to get mine to work when i first got it.
