In my Franchise mode I can't figure out how to get the other teams to play there rookies more. Even when they have a better rating then another player, the other player plays more. Every one of my rookies are leading in like every Rookie stat because no rookies ever play. I am talking about when I simulate games. There is no fatigue sliider so I dont know how to make the bench play more. Any pointers? This really ruins Franchise for me because no rookies ever play!

Maybe there role? Prospects?

I tried that too and some of them say Starter and they wont even start when I check the simulation stats.
