Question on injured reserve status

Sorry if this has been answered already, but I wanna know how I can "get around" the 365 update and put players on the injured reserve into the 12-man rotation. These players have that medical sign beside their names, and there are times when I wanna use them, especially in play now.

Not this year. In play now you can load a custom roster or reset 35 roster to the shipped version. We have added what you want for next years game already though.

what you mean by resset the 365 roster? do you mean download the latest one and reset it? so if i move bosh into the starting lineup, would he appear in play now?
