How to get NBA 2K9 Roster updates

Hey Guys I dont have xbox live, been banned for a modded system. Is there any way to download new rosters to my PC then use a transfer kit to my xbox 360

Yes, there are some detailed instructions on this forum at the nba2k roster section here on how to use Xchange 360 to get the rosters onto your 360. I occasionally post the newest rosters in my blog area. Just read through it, and you will see plenty of rosters. Last Saturday was the last roster post for NBA 2k9.

how did you get updated rosters

2K havent released any official roster since the last the one from the season end, but im sure u can get some custom roster from 2k share that may be pretty updated.
