I am looking to do an Association, with a team that has...

1) Cap Flexibility
2) Young Potential Stars
3) No single superstar
4) Potential to be a winner if managed right in front office.

Which team or teams should I look at?

portland (roy, aldridge, oden are all under 26 an none of them are true superstars yet) no crazy contracts either except for lafrentz but that is only one year
