2K...it's too easy to score in the paint. I couldn't even stop this guy with the Box and 1 Defense

80 out of 96 points from the paint, it's rediculous. That just ruined the fun for me.

When guys do that it's usually because they can't shoot for anything. I just run 2-3 and clog the lane up.

Anyone can pretty much spin move their way to the paint if they wish to do so. 2K9 is very cheeser friendly, unfortunately.

Put help defense on max, and play a 2-3 zone. Also let the CPU control the big men

Honestly if you realize there's just no defense for the guy, I just play as the SF. IMO it's the easiest position to defend and usually the easiest spot on the court to bring help from. I throw all defensive scruples out the window when it comes to these guys and play some real roughneck, '90s style D.

its 2k fault, they allow ppl to score when they are in bad position

when someone gets BEHIND the back board, for some reason this tells 2k that this is an automatic basket, they even added a ton of new animations to help ppl score when ur BEHIND the backboard

thats funny because a player never wants to position him self BEHIND the backboard under the basket

u saw what happened in the finals when the knicks inbounded the ball to sprewell under the basket

u saw what happened when pippen and jordan kept blocking SMITH when he was behind the backboard, all u heard from the announcer was SMITH, SMITH, SMITH, SMITH, STOPPED, SMITH, SMITH lollllllllllllllll

comon 2k, please incorporate the fundamentals of basketball into the game

i dont understand how the game can be so detailed in areas that dont even matter in a video game, yet they cant be detailed when it comes to the fundamentals of the game

Anyone know why everytime I start an online game, Help defense is always at 0%. Is this a bug?
