DUSTIN IS WITH BSOX FOR NEXT SIX YEARS....

Dustin Pedroia undoubtedly proved himself amazingly now that BSOX has decided to keep him for the next six years.... he has already shut the mouth of those who are just criticizing him for his height, slow playing techniques...by winning the MVP award....... going great Dustin keep it up...

ZOMG MY CAPS LOCK IS STUCK TOO!

Whew, got it fixed.

Anyway, good move by the Sox to lock him up long term. He's a great player and still very young.

But seriously, no one's criticizing him for his height. In fact, it seems to endear him to the media, like he's this tiny midget who overcomes all odds to be a good player. He's short but come on, it's baseball not basketball or football. Height barely matters in baseball. When he won the MVP, ESPN would not let go of the fact that he's short, they loved it.

Wait, Dustin Pedroia proved himself amazing because the Red Sox signed him for 6 years?

You mean, his stats, awards, performance, all of that has nothing to do with his value. Just the mere fact that he signed for 6 years is reason enough that he is amazing.

...Amazing.

Look Dustin Pedroia won the MVP award and all his achievements has forced the BSOX to think again for him as his contract was about to get over... and after that BSOX realized if they lose him then it would be a huge loss for them... so they again decided to acquire him... it happend later they acquired him after all his achievements....

What???

Pedroia would have been under Red Sox control for at least another 4 years regardless of signing this contract. All this does is give the Sox some cost certainty for the future and injury security for Pedroia. It's not like he was going anywhere.

ya.. that's what I'm saying he was not going anywhere... but this contract has given a confirmation to all the Dustin fans that they can still see him with BSOX for another four years...true???
