One timer error 2k7..

Well my friends and I have had an almost weekly set of games in Nhl 2k7 for almost 2 years now (local 2 vs. 2.). We just like the classic controls better than the new controls. Plus the hitting in 2k7 rules. About a week ago we just started noticing a one timer error. It seems that a buzzer goes off at random times and one of us is not able to shoot a one timer. It happened to me offo this error? could it be the hard drive going? We tried different copies of the game and the same thing happened. So it is not the game itself.

Thanks!. I know the game is old and no one plays it anymore but any help is much appreciated. Oh yeah, 2k9 stinks.

Well, there goes your help from the 2K9 fans. 2K9 in H v H game is actually great when done correctly.
