PS3 Roster, Sliders, Tendancies? Frustrated

I'm looking for some help. I've been searchin this site and others looking for the best Roster, Sliders, Tendancies, etc., that will produce the best "realistic" gameplay for the PS3. I've read Nogster, RazR, etc., but most are in place and downloadable for XBox 360. Can someone please recommend the best files for this including where to find them or their name? I've been searching for 3 hours tonight and really haven't accomplished anything. Thanks for your help and I assume other PS3 owners will appreciate your hlep!
