The SHARKS TANK!

Well here we go again Sharks fans. I like the moves we did, so hopefully this put us over the top. I really think it depends and Joe. He needs to step it up in the playoffs. I hope Marleau and Cheechoo can bounce back. I really like the line of Joe, Marleau and Set. That could be an amazing line. And then have Little Joe, Michalek and Chechoo or Clowe. Should be fun!

I saw the thread title and thought, "Is it April already?"

Ouch! Good come back. It depends on Joe, if he plays like a superstar we will be fine.

Re: The SHARKS TANK!

I'm not a Sharks fan though I do enjoy watching them play. I just wanted to chime in here. I seem to be one of the few people anywhere who think it is not ALL up to Joe if this team makes it to the finals.

His supporting cast was simply not up to their high standards last season. I think if Joe stays healthy he will easily be back up past 100 points again this season and will continue to provide opportunities for his team in the playoffs to do big things. Dan Boyle will be a huge contributor towards that.

As great as Big Joe is, the reality is that this guy needs some help especially in the way of goalscoring. The TEAM as a whole needs to step it up in that department in my opinion. Also I'm not sure I'd have fired Ron Wilson...

Agree! Well, one more day. It will depend on Cheechoo and Marleau. If Cheechoo score 50 again and Malreau get about 80 to 85 points, we will be very tough to beat. Those are big question marks, but you never know!

Re: The SHARKS TANK!

So Marleau's going to start as a LW on Thornton's line?
That would make Pavelski their #2 right? I think that kids primed to be a star himself. He just needs the linemates and ice time.

P.S. I grabbed Michalek in the pool for a dime. He and Joe better produce or else!

Yep, Joe is ready and Marleau and Set and Joe will be a good line. I also like that Joe, Cheechoo and Michalek will be the other line. Should be interesting. I think Michalek wont be with Joe, but he will be with little Joe!

The thread title does have a duality to it.
